I have nothing but positive things to say about Christopher Edwards. We had quite a difficult situation with the first buyer for our property at Harrow on the Hill. Chris handled it expertly; professional, supportive, and understanding. The second time around the process with smooth but Chris was very patient with my anxieties and concerns after the previous situation. He updated me regularly, called me on his days off and was just superb. Owen and Edward are also absolutely great - professional but also really personable. Christopher Edwards is a class act.

So, we decided to move house and faced the age-old dilemma of whether to sell and then look - who does that? Or find a house and go to market keenly priced in the hope we sell before we miss out... Cue Christopher Edwards Estate Agents, I apologise in advance if this review appears as though they cut and pasted it, however we did so much better than I expected I’m unable to tell it any differently. Firstly, the selling price suggested was 8% higher than the average given by others, and we achieved it in under 1 week with a buyer in hand if our first failed to meet the conditions required. This ensured we could do everything we wanted with our new home instead of penny pinching and making do... Second - comms through the process were incredibly thorough including updating us and liaising with us and chasing conveyancers / agents above and below us which at times was loathsome. This meant I didn’t have to spend hours of my life wondering what on earth was happening with the sale and having to get involved in the process... Thirdly fees! That’s the clincher all the above and value for money. Chris and his team never put a foot wrong it was a 6-star performance from beginning to end. Clearly some agents are far better than most and I have found this to be the case with Christopher Edwards - don’t snooze on employing them to do the same for you...

From the very first time we met Christopher Edwards Estate agents we were impressed. There was no hard sell, just simple facts about what they do to sell our house. We were also impressed with their initial research which helped set a good price. It took a month or two to sell our house but so convinced of the price they had set there was no panic to reduce the sale price just a simple adjustment of their marketing. Once we had an offer, which was very close to the asking price, they were always there to answer any of our questions we had and helped us throughout the process.
